New Amsterdam Opera presents Verdi’s monumental political and personal drama that pits duty against desire during the historic rebellion of the Sicilians against their oppressive French occupiers.

Artistic Director Keith Chambers conducts the New Amsterdam Opera Orchestra & Chorus. The opera will be presented in concert in its Italian translation.
